Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I didn't really think that this cake was blog worthy, but my loyal enthusiast Jen prompted me to put it up. It is so easy that it is embarrassing. A Betty Croker cake mix and some canned pineapple, brown sugar and walnuts is all it takes. Enjoy!
