Fond memories. We had to group up ...Ah, clafouti. Fond memories. We had to group up and make a French recipe in the home-ec kitchen for French class and this is what my group made. Missy Perez came up with the recipe (this was before the internet so I don't know where she found the recipe). We made cherry clafouti and it was custardy and delicious. It's one of those things I've been dying to make again and I have a few recipes but I want cherry and DH doesn't like cherries.
