Making Healthy Food Delicious... Without the "Healthy Taste"!

Do you call these bird nests? That's what I've always heard. How do you like your eggs done for this. I prefer soft yolks because then the bread soaks it all up!

I don't know the real name for these...
As kids we used to just call them "hole in the middle" which I know is not the right name.
I've heard bird nests, egg in a basket and even something to do with a shotglass!?
I too love them with soft yolks so that the fried bread can soak it all up!
I see myself making this very soon!
